Vinarija FAZAN

Fazan Winery is located not far from Prnjavor, in the heart of northern Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was born from the love of oenologist Christian Zwicker from Alsace and Dr. Oksana Sadžik, on land that the family has cultivated since 1898. The first grafts were planted in 2010, and the first harvest followed in 2013, on 4 hectares of vineyards with seedlings from France, Italy and Slovenia.

The grapes are hand-picked, exclusively in the morning hours to preserve freshness, while the wines age in wooden barrels before careful bottling. The range consists of 60% red and 40% white varieties, and their quality has been confirmed by numerous international awards.
